Right click the Taskbar and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar." Then move it to wherever you want. Right click and recheck that to lock it again.

Oh man, why are there such n00bs with such n00bish questions.
If your taskbar is not at the bottom of the screen. How did you get it to move to another place on the screen. Just do the opposite of what you did to get it to where it is now.
Come on people be a bit more smarter with comps since you found out how to ask a question on yahoo.

Go up tp upper right hand corner of your screen and go to Tools! you,ll see! Hit that and see it go down to task bar aclick it should go off.
