how can you transfer in the post office if your just an rca?

i am an rca in my post office i haven't been working long, but my family is moving to missouri for a family emergency to live.

All transfers are now routed through the e-reassign system. You can connect to that via USPS.com or directly via the liteblue system.

your Postmaster or sup. should be able to help you with that info,and if you have acess to lite blue website for vacancies in the area you are moving to or the human resorces office may provide answers
