Well, to get her alone you have to lead her away from the crowd.
Once alone, lean in maybe 1-2 times and place your hand on her hand. If she wants it you will know.
If she does...
then it doenst matter what you talk about b/c she probably won't even be comprehending it from all the sparks flying. lol, trust me thats how it will be
then just kiss her.
if she doesn't....
she will turn away and lean away from you a bit. you'll feel the nervous/uncomfortableness.. then you cant kiss her

Then.... You can't kiss her unless you know for a fact that she likes you or you'll make a fool of yourself and she'll slap you. If she does. If you guys are just friends you can come in back of her and wrap your arms around her neck and kiss her gently on the neck. If you guys are serious. Just lean in towards her face, close your eyes and press your lips onto hers. And your off!

think up any excuse to get her away from your friends and her friends and then just tell her you like her. if she smiles and seems happy about it just lean in and kiss her... the first kiss with someone is always the best kiss anyways...

if you know that she's interested in you then she prolly want to kiss you too. when you're alone, get her on the subject of dating (like ex's or sumthin) and work around to kissing. then lean in, close your eyes and go
