Yes or no. If you can handle two pups at the same time, go for it. But either way, he will be fine. He will enjoy you teaching and playing with him. And if you get him a friend, he will learn how to live with another pet. Usually a dog has been brought up alone tends to be more protective and jealous when other animals get close to you.

i got two one will be six in jan. and the other just turned 3 in oct. they are full blooded brothers and we got the 3 yrs apart. they are so happy together..
