I'd be interested in which Alleluia you're singing, and where you're singing it (church, small group, recital?). I presume it's a solo. First, realize that yours is a normal problem. There's really only one solution over time: sing in front of everyone you can. As time goes on, you'll gain confidence. You have to take every opportunity to sing in front of others.
As for tomorrow:
(1) Don't let any doubt enter your mind that you're good! This is really important. Hype yourself up. Tell yourself over and over, "I'm magnificent, and I'm not going to do anything but the best. Everyone will love me."
(2) Ask the members of your family or your friends to listen to you. That's practicing: not the music, but the performing.
(3) Most singers look at least slightly above the audience's heads. At the beginning, eye contact can be deadly. In addition, the voice projection outward and upward is excellent vocal technique.
(4) In practicing, "fall in love with your voice," realize it's beautiful and moving.
(5) Know your own emotional level of involvement in the piece. There are certain pieces that will make me break into tears if I don't distance myself somewhat from the meaning. Personally, I have at times to just think technique.
(6) Breathe, breathe, breathe! Deep breaths before beginning to sing. Take every breath deeply o rests and punctuations. This is the most important immediate thing you can do in performing.
(7) immediateFinally, don't think of yourself as presenting yourself. You're a humble, simple artist, presenting this beautiful piece by this wondrous composer. It's not really about you; it's about the music. That takes the pressure off.
Go knock their socks off!

Just so you know, laymen can't tell that you've screwed up unless you a) lose your place b) forget the words or c) your voice cracks. So as long as you are comfortable with knowing the song and you have the range to sing it, you'll be fine. I'm sure everyone will be impressed. And if you do mess up, don't point it out to others or make apologies for it.

what i do is take five minutes before any audition or performance, and just take deep breathes. it calms me down. don't run around or talk too much before you perform. it makes you out of breathe. long story... if that doesn't work, i think, if i do well on this, i'll never have to do this piece again. If i really hated the music i were playing or singing, i would tear it up . it works. just think about how proud you'll feel when you've done a great job vs. being disappointed because your nerves messed you up.

Christ is the only one you are singing to. Everyone else is just getting to listen in. If there is anyone that wants you to succeed it's Jesus. He loves you and wants the best for you. If your "crush" has any feelings towards you he'll feel the same way. Remember you are in the most loving environment you could possibly be in. Let your God given talent rise to the surface and praise the Lord as you sing. Keep Christ as your focus and you'll be great!!

The Bible tells us to "make a joyful noise unto the Lord." It says nothing about perfect noises, comfortable noises, nervous noises or any other kind, just "joyful noise."
So, if your "noise" is joyful, you're a smashing success as far as the Lord is concerned. If your crush doesn't agree, refer him upstairs for a second opinion.

Don't worry about it. You really will do fine. I've done it tons of times before. Be confident, don't let anyone tell you that you suck, after all, your teacher picked you, right? Good luck.
I know I'm lame.

hey, the more you think about it, the more nervous you will get, so don't think too much about, you have to think positive, and remind yourself you will do good.
Good Luck!!
