if you are loosing weight that quickly then it is more than likely fluid loss and not actual body fat. You are also slowing down your metabolism by not eating which will cause your body to store the fat rather than burn it off.
Excercise and a low fat, low carb diet work the best.

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

The best way is to eat properly and exercise. I lost 30 pounds using body weight exercises in the morning and kettlebells in the evening. Check out dragondoor

Yes, eating red, orange and or yellow foods will help you loose weight. Part of the 10 pounds that you lost was simply water and not weight.

in case you prefer to lose it rapid, I propose you do away with some organs, otherwise, you will finally end up getting fatter. different than that, in case you prefer to lose it the healthful, slow way, step faraway from the workstation and workout. attempt out for as many college activities communities as you may. That'll help and you will see a dramatic progression by June.

to lose weight fast, all you need to do is eat mor food like fruits and vegetables,fish and beans, but before you do drink lots of water before each meal and after each snack. eg. lunch is @12:00 1.5 hour before try drinking at least 1.5lt of water

if you're only 13, you shouldn't be thinking about losing weight.. your body is still growing.. you need to be eating.. just eat healthy foods.. milk, grains, white meat, vegetables, etc...
