Why would an Italian have a Canadan passport?

It's quite possible. You can be a citizen of more than one country. Dual citizenship. I'm a Canadian citizen, but I have a British passport because it's good for all of Europe.

People don't just come to the United States... they sometimes pass us up & go to Canada. They see that there are already too many illegals here.
