My back is a little hairy in places and as am dark haired it is very noticable. As I was so self conscious about it i decided to shave it. This has obviously made the problem worse as the hiar gets thicker when it is shaved and goes stuble very quickly. I am so self conscious about it and never want to take my top off around others and am scared what a female will think the next time i sleep with one. Apart from waxing is there anything i can do to solve this problem?

Nair. Nair makes a roll on for men. If you can reach back there, just roll the Nair on, and usually leave it on for 5-7 minutes, then rinse off. It'll grow back thinner and won't grow back as quickly as shaving. Don't worry about a few patches of back hair. My bf has the same problem and it doesn't bother me. Not all women are super shallow!

Best Permenant Solution is Electrolysis. For most men who have dark back hair, waxing will just slow growth, and unlike women it will not grow thinner, this is because of a type of hormone imbalance, and it's not a bad thing. Nair may thin it down but eventually it will grow thicker. Laser requires several treatments over time to work in thicker hairs. Electrolysis kils the hair root on spot but will require many treatments because of how precise, time consuming and painful it can be. But don't be ashamed of how hairy you are, if she loves you it's not an issue.

Use a hair removing cream. Women who really like you won't care about back hair if you are a decent person so don't waste a chance in life because of a little hair growth! Women do it all the bloody time too!

lazar treatment...or pick some product up from the drug store (CVS, Rite Aide, etc) that remove hair in like 5 mins...thats easy and lasts for about 2 weeks.

so if you cant get rid - embrace. Get yourself an axe and be ulta macho like me.
I eat barbed wire and piss napalm. sleep in ditches and drink from puddles. No soft grooming for me !
