I don't mean when I'm biologically mature enough to conceive, I mean when do I know I'm mature enough? This is such a broad question, and I don't have any of the answers. A little advice? =S

You are mentally mature enough when you understand what your doing, and all the risks involved (i.e sexually transmitted diseases) also when you understand the emotional attachments that are made during sexual intercourse.
I would guess that by you asking this question, you feel that your not quite there yet, but with time you will be!

When you are mature enough to handle the consequences (good or bad) that follow it and that you are ready to face any fears you may have about sex.

When you are mature enough to handle all the consequences that go with it. Pregnancy, AIDS, all STDs. It's a big, big decision . Think about it.

When you feel really strong about one person and they feel the same way. if they want to have sex too then go ahead.
