Listen carefully to things around you and listen for unfamiliar or odd sounds. What people call precognition sometimes is just human reflexes. Kinda like your dog you see his ear perk up at just the sound of a leaf falling but his eyes are still shut. He is preparing for something that "could" happen. An INCREDIBLY good sign of something is going to happen is that things get weirdly quiet or quieter than normal. You know like when someone gives the shush sign to someone as they sneak up on you. Become aware in general of your surrounding and things going on. This will help you in the outside world as well as with your family. Once you start "just listening" you will suprised how adept you are at it. After awhile you don't even have to try, the hairs will stand up on the back of your neck all on their own from the training. Good luck, it is human nature and I know you will get it. The best animal to watch and learn from is a cat as they (large and small) have the best reflex ability. THEY MISS NOTHING. Ever watch their little ears flick and they don't turn, they know from sound and keen observation. Just try and sneak up on a cat. Can be done rarely, but the antiseptic needed afterward ain't worth it...teee

reflexes are either learned extremely slowly, or they are there when you are born. I'm sorry, but i believe there is nothing you can do in a matter of days.
