It first needs to be a program that is designed to be run in a standalone manner, without the use of the registry. These are very rare and cannot be spoofed and are usually worthless.

well you must be asking how do i write a program to a cd.
Well for that you should have a cd writer with a burning softwere( means special softwere which is used to write files to CD's).
If you have a burning softwere there should be options like add files and then Burn.

And for running a softwere on a cd well there should be Autoplay after you put the Cd or you have to go and open the cd drive form mycomputer and install the program
