i am too shy to ask and she knows m and talks to me bt yeh i dont know how to ask

Just ask! Most girls like a guy who can just ask even if they are shy. You being shy and asking just shows how much you like her.
This is just my opinion. Maybe if you can't get the words out try-a a letter?!

Okay first, dont be a flirty ***** be smooth and slowly let her know give her some signals like flowers or a gift on her birthday you. Next you shouldnt just do this when you only talk SOMETIMES, be a freind eventually you will be her best freind then tell her how you feel and dont be shy be a Man, man! Be a Man!!! You can do this!

well-- i have two ideas...
1 u can write her a note saying something like" hey i think ur really sweet and..... i wanna know if u'll go out with me"
or 2 u can talk to her and in casual conversation say "ssso can i ask u a question?" when she says yes say "well---what do you think of me?" take it from there....that way u have nothing to lose....if she answers positively u can ask her out then.. or if she says"u r a great friend..... i like talkin to you....." then u can say something like" what about more then a friend?" see what happen=) whatever the Case though usually girls won't make the first move so i say build a little confidence and go for it! t'aint that hard!

You could write her a note, but honestly, theres no way around it, you have to tell her how you feel aobut her. She isnt pyschic you know. Besides shed rather hear from you than you write her. If its rejection you fear you will have to accept it. Rejection is apart of life. Look at it this way, courage creates confidence. So if doesnt work in your favor know that next time you know what it will take to ask another woman. As far as how to ask her you could use the note as a way to eventually tell her that it is you or use the note as bait. Tell her theres a note on the floor near her. In the note say (whatever your name is) wants to tell you something. Then she will walk up to you asking, what did you want to tell me. or its says you wanted to tell me something, then you go ahead and spill it. Good luck!

Don't ask her directly!!
Start by dropping her some hints that you're interested in her.
Catch her off guard, but simply passing by and saying Hi !!
Compliment her new hairstyle ... earring ... anything that catches your eye ... don't get too personal with the compliments though !! if you know what I mean.

I know it'd be hard, but your best bet is to casually bring up the conversation, and then, use an analogy to say that you like her (ie. tell her your friend likes some girl), and she should figure out by then that you like her. If she doesn't like you back, she's obviously not good enough for you, then. Good luck...

Don't ask. Seriously, bad move. Flirt with her, hold eye contact until she looks away, touch her occassionally as you talk, etc. A confident man doesn't care if she's attracted to him. A confident man expresses his attraction for her non-verbally.

don't be direct in asking her if she likes you.
talk to her about something else find some excuse to talk to her.
see how she responds with her reply. and go from there.

I am a girl.
BUT if the person who i liked asked me flat out. I would say yes b/c they need to know the truth.
AND if i didnt like you, i would just be like nope :]
with a smile
And just be like Hey do you like me, like honestly.
Thats what i did last time and i got the truthful anwser.
I had to ask him like 2 times but he finally told me and it was a yes! To bad that was last year when i didnt like him :[

come on SHY? girls like guys who are more upfront because when ya do go out she might want u to make da first move and ur going to be SHY! just take a breath sit down with her privately and just tell her u like her then ask her if she feels da smae way...if she says no just hug her and move on... please don't mess it up.
