It means something like "problem", but it's spelled as gikszer, not gigszer.

Well, I couldn't find the word in my dictionary, but
I did find the following website which has some
data on people who used it:

Information on the users of "gigszer".

I'll keep looking and see if I can figure it out.
I also found another, which talks about
a fraction of a small "gigszer".
BTW Google lists about 2200 references for this word!
