I know him cause my brother's are friend's with him.My brother's say he always gets excited whenever they talk about me and when i am sitting down he always sits really close to me.He kissed me once but then said after that my brother's told him too, which i think he did on purpose but i am not totally sure.

yes, he totally likes you. about the kiss he was probabaly embarassed and needed an excuse but i think he really did on purpose.

it seems like he likes u if he sits next to you then ya and if he kissed you then ya ask him out or get one of ur bros to find out who he likes
