It is a Louisiana Cajun creation! I don't remember which chef actually started it but many Cajun restaurants and delis have it regularly. It is a very INTERESTING type of food to eat. I like it, but wouldn't eat it all the time. It is expensive, if you buy a whole one. Sometimes a small piece is available at a Cajun deli.

unless you are a culinary master and can cook it on your own you would have to be a professional football player playing in the game Madden is at, thats the only place i have ever seen a Turducken
