Does anyone know a good recipe for Half'n'Half cream for you coffee?

It seems silly - but it's true. Half cream and half milk is "Half and half".

Cream means "whipping cream" or "heavy cream", and milk is "whole milk", not the reduced fat or lowfat kind.

For an added bonus, add a shake of cinnamon, a 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, or a little bit of chocolate syrup to every cup of half and half you make!

half milk and half heavy whipping cream, that should make a good half and half, otherwise just buy half and half at the store!

yeah take one cup of milk and mix it with one cup of cream.
make sure the combination is half milk, half cream.
hence the name half & half.
