here is some advice. Don't worry too much about it. If you really really really need to know, just ask him.
Oh, and he probably does have some affection for you, but it would be hard to say if he likes you romantically or not, without knowing you both. Trust the people who know you both, unless they don't like you, they are probably being truthful.

Well you have to think about the fact that he is a guy. And some guys like to make girls laugh rather they like them or not. But if you like him and you think he likes you then why don't you ask him how he feels about you?

he likes the other girl, & is nervous about that. he's comfortable around U &* so he's always trying to make U laugh. it's a comfortable thing he can do with you... sounds like he's practicing on you so he can work up his bad self to her.

Of course he likes you. But don't read too much into it. He may just be an outgoing kind of guy who likes to make girls laugh or he may like you. Be cool, not aggressive. Let him make the first move.
