i have about 20 places to go to in a day. i would like to find the shortest route to all of them to save gas and time. i would imagine companies use some sort of tool to do this all the time. help?

mapquest has a new(ish) feature that enables you to map out a route of all the different stops you want to go to in a trip... then you can have them listed by shortest distance or quickest route.... try that.
