I think it takes a bit more lead than that to poison you. I'm not even sure the pencils actually contain lead anymore since it is harmful. I know the "lead" stain glass paints are no longer lead.

You can't get lead poisoning from modern pencils as the "lead" actually contains graphite.

No, but swab it with some sort of anti-biotic. Who knows where that pencil has been (-:.

I once stabbed myself really good in gym class with a regular pencil -- I still have the tattoo it left behind.

If it is a modern 'lead pencil' it contains NO lead. The 'lead' is actually graphite.

no, lead in mechanical pencils is called lead but it is actually harmless graphite. it wont do anything to u. you wont die!! =]]
