I have three weeks to fit into this dress that I brought a few weeks ago on the net. But I have gained a few pounds since then.

Obviously, excersize daily for at least an hour, preferably more. Don't eat stuff that you know isn't good for you, and eat only fruits & vegetables. Drink only water, no alchohol or soda or juice, if anything else then skim milk. Good luck.

veggie veggie and more veggies, lean protein like tuna, chicken and cod and easy on the carbs, best carbs are apples, yams and whole wheat pita bread. Cardio cardio and more cardio...one hour a day 5-6 days a week....there is no easy solution!!! find out how many calories you should be getting and cut that down to about 3 quarters for the three weeks....so if you should be getting 1500 cals per day only eat 1100....do not go under 1000 cals since when you get off of the three week craze you will binge...you should eat healthy all the time anyways....clean eating that is....if your looking to drop weight fast though try the above....then the last week you can go on a juice detox....look for the book "Super Detox" by Michael van Straten...has some awesome juice detox deits that are safe....good luck....

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

Eat fewer calories rich in fiber and nutrients. Lots of veggies and fruits. Cut down on the meat a little and limit the potatoes and chips. Do not go below 1100 calories in a day. Exercise... atleast 30 minutes a day with 1 hour of cardio 3 days a week

A lot or running and drinking a lot of water. Eating very small portions and intaking few calories.

I was able to lose 10lbs in 2wks doing that, and doing it everyday. If you don't have everyday then do it every other day.

Well what I perfer for you to do is to get your own personal trainer. Everyday, you can work with that trainer so you'll be able to loose wieght faster. Also, I perfer you choose the right choices.
