Most of them don't really make you gain weight. Avoid the Depo shot if you're really worried about it, and go for the pills instead, because those have shown lower incidence of weight gain. But with most of them you really don't need to worry about it. It's one of those things that people blow out of proportion a lot.

Many patients ask about this side effect. Studies have shown that weight changes in young women on BCPs are no different than women who don't take BCPs. Some women have noticed mild weight change (1 to 2 pounds) and mild fluid retention on some types of BCPs. Contrary to popular opinion, taking BCPs should not make you gain 10 or 15 pounds.

yes infact there is a birth control pill Yasmine that helps yuo lose weight, fights achne and oily hair.
Also Yaz is said to keep you from gaining wieght as well. Talk to your doctor about all your options- and all the risks.

I have been on Orthro Tri Cycle Lo, and I havn't gain any weight, but also you have to remember that get person's body is going to react different.

I take Desogen and I've gained like 3 pounds. And that could just be from something else

everyones body reacts differently there is no sure way to tell if any will not make you gain weight
