Just let your hair air dry then curl a few key pieces framing your face and shake out the curl so there's a little left.

blow dry straight with a large metal round brush and flip the ends up. Heating up the metal brush while blowing the hair acts as a large curling iron. The cut is important, ask for long layers and texturize the ends.

definitly blow dry with a round brush. and when winding the round brush around your hair make it as tight as you can. i wouldnt air dry for this look because air drying will either flatten it out or way it down depending on your type of hair. round brush and blow drier will keep it bouncy like how hers was probably done.

use large heated rollers in your hair. Just 3-6. the more rollers you use, the curlier it will be. if your hair is her length it should be ok.
