Tang is an orange flavored breakfast drink. The only similarity to spam is that it is an imitation of a product.

The only thing that I know as TANG is a powder juice mix.
Never I've seen a meat product with that name.

yes -just after the last war when you had to use food rationing 'points' to acquire it.
As well as Spam and Tang, there was also Prem.
