I only take the 10s for 4 days and I feel a little sick for a couple of hours after I take em and really hot like I'm gonna burn up.

Either you are allergic to the drug, or it is reacting negatively with some other drug you are taking, so tell your doctor and ask his or her advice about what modifications you should make with the dosage.

Tell your doctor about this. It should not be happening. You may need a different medication. I take Lexapro and have no side effects at all.
You should not have to take medication that makes you sick unless you have cancer. Chemo makes everybody sick.

Feeling a little sick to your stomache is ok if you just started taking this medication. And persperation is also another side effect. You definitly should talk to your doctor and or a pharmacist about this.
