i'm thinking of hot rice porridge with boiled chicken fillet, thin-cut omelette, chilly, waw nice ones.. soothingsome not too heavy not too light, just nice to ensure another 1/2 day of productive working period ( here in malaysia is 11.00 a.m, 2 hours more to go for lunch at 1.00p.m ) :o

Heck no. I preferr and Chicken Terriaky Sandwitch on wheat bread from subway. It is like 600 times healthyier better for you. I put american cheese and black olives on mine
