Don't just stop, especially with Lexapro! You will most likely be absolutely miserable and feel like crap for quite a while (weeks, at least) if you do it cold turkey. On an upnote, I haven't experienced (or heard of anyone else having) significant withdrawal from stopping Wellbutrin. Trazadone I'm not as familiar with, but I think it's a tricyclic antidepressant and again...you want to be weaned off them.
It really is very important that you go off of medication under a doctors supervision and with their guidance.

It can be helped with thyroid medication for most people. Howevef, a few people experience more hairloss with Synthroid for some odd reason. Once you have maintained a morning TSH of around 1.0 for at least 6 months to a year, the hairloss should stop. If it doesn't, then you may need a different thyroid medication. I swithed to Armour thyroid about 4 years ago and the hair thinning stopped. The outer edge of my eyebrows even grew back.

Its not safe to stop any medication no matter what it is especially physc meds u can have bad side effects from stop taking them if u want to go off them just decrease the dosage yourself if you Dr wont for you. kinda "wean" yourself off them cause this isn't like smoking cigarettes or drinking u cant stop cold turkey without having something happen even if its slight u never know everyone is different u might just crash and burn and have to start all over again. and if u r trying to stop the meds cause u think your feeling better. guess what its the medication that is making you feel better its a sad fact of life your probably going to have to take some sort of meds for the better part of your life once u realize this taking the meds isn't so bad.
hope this helps.

No - do not just stop those medications. You need to titrate off of them. That is a fancy way to say wean yourself off by slowing reducing the dosages. Only a medical professional can assist with what those steps in your dosages should be.
You really don't want to just stop them though, you could cause yourself a lot of discomfort.
I titrated off of a different SSRI/Norepi and it was no fun, even with the stepping down in the dosages. I still had side effects for a few days with each dosage drop. You have to stick with that though, once you get down to 0, it is much better.
here is a link to another question about lexapro titration

good luck and be safe.

No, dear God no, don't just stop taking them. You will have side effects, some could even be pretty severe. If you don't want to take the medication anymore, talk to your doctor, and they will help you figure out a way to reduce the amount safely until you are off of them, but please don't just stop. It could be bad.

No, there will be terrible side effects if you stop cold turkey as you seem to be implying.
Get advice from your psychiatrist before you make ANY changes to your dosage of medication.
You must wean yourself off of medications VERY SLOWLY, or else there will be painful side effects.

Why don't you stop one at a time and see how that works out?
You are probably going to realize they are doing you more good than you think. But, you might be on too many at one time.
