My mom used what we call as "sweet oil" you warm it to a comfortable temp and put a few drops of liquid in your ear. It really works. Or I have tried hydrogen peroxide also but you do not warm it up. Just put a few drops in your ear. I have done this . It is really hard not to wiggle around because as you know, peroxide bubbles.

You should never put anything in your ear smaller than your elbow as the old saying goes. A few groups of baby oil will help loosen any clumps of ear wax.

Try using either Hydrogen Peroxide in your ear, or go to the store and buy this product called Debrox.
Unless you've jammed something into your ear, then you should see a doctor.

best thing is to see your GP as you may have got an infection and poking down your ear will make things worse and you run the risk of perforating your ear drum
