I haven't seen them for two years now because my brother and their mom divorced a long time ago.(about 4or 5 years.,) I really miss them and i mean REALLY. Because there is one boy and two girls. The older girl, Issa, i used to share ALL my secrets with and we used to do everything together. Now i don't know where she lives, or her phone number, please help, from miserable 13 year old 4 2 years!

Doesn't your brother even know where they are? He should, he's their father. Ask him how to contact them.
That's all I can think of except to ask any friends and relatives who might know. Maybe you could even ask the mom's lawyer or your dad's lawyer to pass a message to them.
Good luck. A divorce shouldn't mean you have to give up the relatives you love.

I wonder why you broke off communication to begin with, this should be a lesson for a lot of people .... when parents part, its THEIR issue, not the kids issue and you should keep contact with your relations ... ask your mom, surely she knows where her grandkids are?!?!?!?!
