First things first, you need to telll a parent or adult you trust that you are not feeling well. They will get you the proper help. Your headaches sound like migraine or cluster headaches. Your also getting to the age of puberty if you are a girl and that is when migraines can start. I was sick with headaches for many years and I know how bad you can feel. Do you have problems with your eyes when you have h/a's? Do you see little flecks floating in front of your eyes? Does one side of your body get numb or feel funny? Does light , noise or movement make it worse? There are a lot of questions that need to be asked so you really need to see a doctor. The chronic sinisitis probably has a lot to do with it as you can get sinus headaches but, you sound like you may be having more than one kind of headache. Chiropractors can help sinisitis fast and basically painlessly. They help headaches as well but, I think that a doctor's visit is in order as well. Good luck and try a wet cloth in dark room, quiet, trying not to get to upset, taking your index and middle fingers and pressing them on your cheeks under your eyes for a few minutes and then sort of dragging them towards your ears with a little pressure. You can also take all four of your fingers and put them above your eyebrows and press as hard as you can stand and as long as you can stand. You can take breaks in between pressing them. Another pain treatment I learned at a pain clinic was to take a disposable drinking cup fill with water and stick a popsicle stick into it and freeze it. When frozen take it out of the cup and rub it between your thumb and first finger in circles. It will soon get numb and won't irratate so much. The other thing that worked for me was acupuncture, which worked great but was to expensive for me. The most important thing that you need to do is to have a visit with a Doctor. Trust me you'll feel better for it.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

The reason you are getting dizzy is because you are standing up too quickly and the blood that is in your viens drains downward from your head and your brain loses oxygen momentarily and you faint. it happens to me A LOT!! it is sukish, but try to stand up more slowly.
