20 minutes shy of 6 hours on 325 degrees.
And cook it breast down.. that will make the breast sit in the grease and make it turn out more tender and juicy, not dry.
(the rule is 1 hour per 4 pounds, unstuffed)

Stuffed-31/2-4 hours. Unstuffed 3-31/2 hours.If you have canned sweet potatoes, just add some butter and cinnamon and a little brown sugar. They are already cooked. throw some marshmallows on top and bake til they mms melt. Like 20 min.@350.Drain the sweet potatoes first!

its one hour for every four pounds of turkey so you would cook it for 5 and nearly 1/2 hours get one of those thermometer thingys that pop up to make sure its done. good luck
