Every time that stoke my hand through my hair at least 2-3 hairs come out!

I have the same problem where a lot of my hair falls out when I shower, brush it, or even if I just leave it alone it just falls onto the back of my shirt. I went to the doctor and he said it was just stress but if only a few hairs are falling out, then don't worry about it, its normal.

My hair used to do that to. But then my saloonist told me to switch to either pantene pro V for thin hair. Or to switch to Garnier Fruties. It really helped you dont see results though for about a week or two. You should ask the person who cuts your hair which one would be best for you.

You are worrying about nothing. That is normal. If clumps of hair are coming out, then you have a problem.
Find something else to obsess over.
