There are seven so-called "deadly sins". They are Pride, Greed, Lust, Envy, Glutteny, Wrath and Slot. There is also a complementary seven Heavenly virtues, Humility, Charity, Chastity, Love of Others, Temperance, Meekness, and Diligence.
This is mostly pushed by the Catholic church. However, in my view, both the "Deadly Sins" and "Heavenly Virtues" are good in moderation and bad at the extremes. You can be too greedy and too generous. At one end, you try to get more than you can really use at other's expense. At the other end, you don't keep enough, yourself, to sustain your life. Similar comparisons can be made for the six other pairs.
In reality, sin, itself, is an outdated concept. The idea of basing your morality on what people of a more primitive society said is dangerous. Society has evolved since that time. For example, we now treat women as equals while back then they were considered property. It was only in the last 150 years that women gained the right to vote. Also, no fixed list of rules apply to all situations, especially outdated rules. Ultimately, you have to figure out, for yourself, what is moral or immoral in any given situation. You have a brain. You should use it.

pride, envy, anger, avarice, sadness, gluttony, and lust.
As far as I can tell the Seven Deadly sins are one of those man made bible things like "GOD helps those who help themselves" Its just not Biblical. The closest thing I can find is in proverbs. If you want a Biblical answer.
Pro 6:16 These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him:
Pro 6:17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
Pro 6:18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
Pro 6:19 A false witness [that] speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

The seven deadly sins are avarice (greed), envy, gluttony, lust, pride, sloth (laziness), and wrath. This is from early Christianity.
A few things may slip through the cracks, but most bad stuff you can do pretty much falls into one of these categories.

I think the highest sin is stupidity, cause if you do something stupid, you are only hurting yourself and those around you.
