I like this guy but he has a girlfriend but im not sure if he is lying or not so I need some help for him to like me please help I really like him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If he's told you that he has a girlfriend, there's a good chance that he either has a girlfriend or he's not interested.
If he does have a girlfriend and you entice him to go out with you instead, just remember that a man who will cheat on his wife will cheat on his mistress. Fair warning.
You can always try to find something that you have in common and start from there, though.

Be glad if he won't flirt with you. That means he is faithful to his girlfriend. If you ever get to be his girlfriend, you want him to be faithful to you. So be glad he's a decent man. Now, if you were to become a decent woman and stop trying to flirt with guys that are already in a relationship, you might actually attract a decent man.
