Absolutely. I buy chopped black olives for convenience. You can just spoon them out of the can. I also use chopped iceberg lettuce.

for me the perfect taco is made with re-fried beans, meat, cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and radishes, add a dollop of guacamole and sour cream, top with black olives...YUMMY!
