You're not fat. I'd say you're build is probably average. If you feel that you need to lose some weight, eat more healthier foods (lean protein like chicken and fish, whole grains, and fruits and veggies) and cut back on foods that are high in fat, sugar, and carbs. Note that I said cut back, and not eliminate. You can eat said foods, but sparingly and in small amounts. Exercise is important too. Most doctors will tell you that for heart health it's good to keep your heart elevated for at least half an hour daily. This can be done participating in any activity you enjoy, whether it is dancing, jogging, swimming, martial arts, etc. The key is to enjoy it. That's the only way you'll stick to it in the long run. A healthy lifestyle will not only make a person look good, but feel good too.

You're really not fat, and you don't look to be too old. What around 15? If that's the case, you've still got growing to do and you'll undoubtedly grow past where you are now.

Otherwise, eat your veggies and get some exercise. Lay off the McDonalds food.

Eat Healthy foods, take your vitamins.

Listen to your friend, you're not fat. Everyone is their own worst critic, especially where body image and achievements come into question.

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

you could stand to lose 10 or 15 pounds but no more then that. go to webmd.com and find out what your ideal BMI is (your height to weight ratio or Body Mass Index) then eat healthy and do lots of cardio try 15 minutes per day 3 x per week at first then when your body gets used to that go up to 20 minutes per day 4 or 5 days per week. If you have any health conditions consult your doctor, if you start feeling light headed or nauseous during a workout stop and take a rest.

You look yummy to me, but I am more than 100 lbs overweight
and constantly am searching for the answer. There are plenty
of sensible diets if you can stay on them and that is the true test.
Dont deprive yourself and then get sick and tired of it and then
binge.

You look fine to me, how tall are you and how much do you weigh? Maybe lose 5lb if you want, but to be honest I think you just need to tone up. HTH : )
