i want to set up this nice thanksgivin meal for my family but i don't know what to do or how to make sure there will be enough?

go to www.kraftfoods.com and make the basic foods, turkey or ham, mashed potatoes, corn, cornbread, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie. stuff like that. but kraft will help you witht he portions so you know.

You can order a dinner from the grocery store and they'll help you figure out how much to get. Also, let some of your family help you, I'm sure they would be glad to help but appreciate that you took the initiative.

You can always be a prepared turkey and make all the sides yourself. Green beans, cornbread (Jiffy mix), instant mashed potatoes, etc. It's about having a good time, not stressing yourself out.

order turkey, mashed potatoes, find a pumpkin recipe, and get cranberry sauce. hope that helps...good luck!
