The name of the manufacturer of your hardware is in your Device Manager on your pc.
1. Go to START > RIGHT click MyComputer > select Properties>
2. In the System Properties window click tab HARWARE
3. In the Hardware section click button Device Manager
4. In the Device Manager window scroll down to your webcam device and double click it
5. The webcam window will have the name of the webcam manufacturer.
6. Open Internet Explorer and type in the name of the manufacturer
7. At the manufacturer site find the driver for your hardware > download it to your desktop download folder (make one if you don't have one)
8. From the desktop download folder
double click the driver to begin installation
9. Restart your computer for it to "recognize" that the new driver has been installed.
10. Open your webcam and use.
