ok depending on your texture of your hair if its fine course or medium watch the tempature try chi irons they should sell them at any beauty supply store or online the irons are ceramic which heats very fast and seals split ends

What? do you mean a straighting iron? If that's what you mean then really good ones can get up in the hundreds. I think the $20 ones work just fine though.

CHI flat iron is the best. But it can be a bit pricy, its around $100-150. But it worth it. You should invest in it.
