When I try to open this pdf file, I get a page that says"page cannot be found".
I really, really need to open this communication. Can anyone tell me what to do?
I already tried "refresh" and "internet options".

Get Adobe Acrobat Reader from this link:

If you're using Linux you need to install the mozilla-acrobat plugin as well. You'll find it either in the distribution repositories or download it from here:

I am assuming you have Adobe Reader, right? Which is required to opening a PDF file.

You can try to download the linked PDF file by CTRL-Clicking on the linked file and selecting download.

If the file does not download then it is missing from the server. If you download the file successfully you should be able to open it with Adobe Reader.

Good luck

It sounds as though you are trying to open a pdf document in your browser. Assuming that you do indeed have Adobe Reader on your system, it could be that the pdf doc is missing from the server or temp not available. Or sometimes, when I have problems I just switch to a diff browser and somehow it works. Try switching from Firefox to IE or vice versa and give it a try.

good luck
