DAy=TAD mixed up but pronounced TA-D ie TODD rules over DAy visually.
NIGHT=IV I CuTIII7iT is really over NIGHT where II equals = so both descriptions of those that are over Day and NIGHT seem to describe Me.
visually see DAYTIME has bright blue eyes ie the sky that are the light of the body. and the SUn appears as the blond hair of the blue eyed body. This reminds Me of My Blond haired blue eyed grandfather as the image of God in the sky in the daytime.
the night ruler has mostly dark hair (ie brown=blackness) with the emerald greenish eyes (northern lights) as ruling over the NIGHT=IV I CuT H(GOD)iT
So born to rule I AM.
