I think it should be discouraged. Most teenagers, and even some young adults can't take care of themselves, let along a kid.

We shouldn't encourage teens to get pregnant but once the deed is done the teen should be encouraged to be a good mom. I was a teen mom, I got pregnant with my first child when I was 17. I was 18 when I gave birth. As for the statistics I do NOT fit, here's a few:
1-"All teen mom's are on welfare."
-I've never recieved any type of welfare.
2-"All teen moms end up working at dead end jobs."
-I'm studying to be a registered nurse. When did nursing get considered to be a dead-end job?
3-"Teens moms don't stay with their child's father."
We've actually been together 4 years now.
4-"teen moms are high school drop-outs."
-actually, I graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
I can go on and on but I really don't have the time. What I'm saying is that you should discourage a teen from becoming pregnant. If she still becomes pregnant, you should encourage her to be a good mother.

I doubt it. with none formal intercourse guidance in any respect I had a stable thought of the mechanics by utilising the time i substitute into 11 and that fluctuate into in 1960. i won't be able to be certain how any 12 twelve months old on the instant would not be attentive to countless the fundamentals, even without guidance by utilising parent or college. a toddler could must be extremely unobservant, remoted or in a fashion, stupid, to no longer be attentive to that. on the instant a curious toddler has just to feed a pair of words into an cyber web seek engine. they gets a lesson interior the mechanics all precise, what the will no longer get is warnings approximately being pregnant and sickness. you're puzzled by utilising hysteria and fake non secular ranting which has been occurring for as long as i can keep in mind. coaching young ones the thank you to have intercourse without getting the female pregnant is a fashion of battling underage pregnancies, because of the fact many are going to have intercourse besides in the past say 18 years and that they already be attentive to the mechanics. verify the underage being pregnant and abortion fees in distinctive international places and in areas interior those international places. Teenage abortion and being pregnant surely correlate with decrease academic tiers, bigger religiosity and relative poverty.

Yes. I think that one must really be sure when one wants a baby, and also, be financially and emotionally fit to raise one. It's not just a biological thing, but an emotional one.
I don't think that most teenage moms decided 'I want a Baby' when they got pregnant, rather they were not well informed on how to use protection to prevent pregnancy.
I think that the only way to help prevent teenage pregnancy is by providing right information, access and correct use of condoms and other anticonceptive methods, and also good sexual education.

Yes, for a few reasons. Teens most likely can't support themselves financially. The responsibilities of having a child are a lot and not what they want. I'm pretty sure teens don't want to have to take care of a child when they could be with their friends having fun or doing something they want to do. It's best to wait til later, when you are comfortable, have a good home and job and you are ready for a kid!

It should definitely be discouraged. If a teenager has a baby, then they wont be able to live their life, the way they should. They wont be able to get a proper education, as they will probably be too busy working. And a teenager is supposed to be out having fun! Not taking care of a human being..

Whether you discourage it or not, its going to happen (unless you put all teenage girls in those chastidy belts like Robin Hood Men in Tights (and even then, some of them would find a way to pick the lock). So what is the point?

Look people used to have babies at young ages all the time. People will have sex no matter how much you discourage it. pregnancy is a result from sex. So instead of teaching it as being like the worst thing ever just except it. If more people accepted it there would be less murders (aka abortions)

yes, because then most of them have to drop out of school, and learn how to take care of something their not usually ready for. Also because then they throw away a good chance of getting a good job. But most of all because you miss out on hanging out with your friends, going to parties, and doing other stuff you can only do while your a teenager. Being a teenager don't last forever so enjoy it while it lasts.
