My boyfriend of a year still has some of his x girlfriends stuff lying around i act like i dont see it.. should i say something??? its not like its out in the open but i know its there

Yes confront it...are you sure she is actually gone? Having it is one thing but keeping it hidden makes it very harmful. This stuff should be gone, or I am sorry, you should be gone. My husband has stuff and so do I from previous relationships BUT WE BOTH know about it and NONE of it is personal stuff like videos or clothes. DON'T make it an ultimatum but do try and talk with him about it. Let him know it bothers you. Momentos are one this, this is quite different. Sorry. And Good Luck. Just be open about it without being mean. He may be holding on to something that hurt him. Oh and what happened to her that she left all this stuff?

My boyfriend of 14 months still has a picture of him and his girlfriend in his room at home. I have never said anything but i know how you feel. It's probably not a big deal though. Boys are just lazy and don't put stuff away.

YES YOU SHOULD CONFRONT HIM ABOUT IT. YOU SHOULD SOME HOW SAY THAT HE NEEDS TO GET OVER HIS EX OR AT LEAST MOVE THE STUFF OUT OR SOMETHING. TELL HIM THAT IT MAKES YOU UNCOMFORTABLE TO KNOW THAT HE STILL HAS FEELINGS FOR HIS EX. BECAUSE ITS SEENS OBVIOUS THAT HE DOES SINCE HE STILL HAS SOME OF HER STUFF. I THINK THAT HE MIGHT APRECIATE THAT YOU ARE BEING HONEST TO HIM AND NOT HOLDING IT IN. IT IS NOT GOOD TO HOLD YOUR FEELINGS IN LIKE THAT. WELL I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS WITH YOUR SITUATION.
