I would suggest walking inside shopping malls if you cannot walk outside. Sometimes it helps to write down everything you consume during the course of the day. That way, you'll be able to see exactly what you ate. You may be surprised....
Be sure to check the sugar level on low-fat foods. Sometimes there's more sugar added to compensate for the lower fat content.
Also, try to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water. That is very beneficial.
You did not say your age, but as you grow your body will slim down if your eating/exercise habits are good.

105-130 pounds is overweight if you are under 5 feet tall. You can still walk, jog or run in the winter, the cold won't hurt you.

No matter what the diet or what you eat. The size or PROPORTION that you eat is what counts. Do not fill the plate. Eat more often through the day if necessary. SMALL portions.
Good Luck
Stay well

sounds to me as though you are fine. You are old enough to be on the computer so you must be old enough to be in the high 4" range so under 130 sounds ok to me.

how tall are you? And have you hit puberty yet? Look for a child/teem BMI chart and see where you are on it, it will let you know if you need to be worried
