I would say you're average. You're in the middle. But you're definately not over weight. Nice avatar by the way

In general, that's a little bit underweight, even if you have a very light bone structure (small wrists).

Someone 5'6" would need to weigh at least 115 lbs. to be considered at a healthy weight in terms of the Body Mass Index (BMI).

I guess for a younger woman, 110 lbs could be considered reasonably ok. But for a boy over about 12 or a woman in her 20s or later, it's probably a safe bet you could stand to gain some weight.

It depends how old you are. If you are not in your early teens, then yes that is underweight, unless you have an extremely small frame. Try building some muscle. HTH.
