What is the best virtualization program that runs on WinXP and how do I set it up? By best, i mean ease of use, and stability

The best one is VMware. It's free for download at this link:
http://www.vmware.com/products/free_virtualization.html
It's very easy to use also, and it's compatible with all Linux.Unix and Sun platforms. MacOS isn't supported because it requires a different arhitecture.
Another one comes directly from Microsoft. It's called Virtual PC.

Problem is it has some restrictions when it comes to system configurations, like no more then 16 bit color depth, problems with configuring network ports...
