DO NOT STOP EATING!!!! the best thing you can do is to eat four to six SMALL meals a day....for a snack have a small handfull of nuts...nuts have a high composition of unsaturated fats which are amazing for you.....the bets thing to do is to not famish yourself....about 2 hours before your next meal, eat some nuts so you don't over enduldge when eating your meal...it is all about portions...the average portion size is the size of a deck of cards...remember that when you load your plate full of turkey and mashed potatoes on thursday!!!...it is not bad to treat yourself OCCASIONALLY but do not eat more than you can handle you should never feel stuffed
