Prostitutes have become quite sophisticated now using escort services as a front and setting up web sites. The oldest profession has gone high-tech.
Most people are completely unaware that prostitution is actually legal in one county in one state in these United States. There are actually 30 some brothels there. A brothel is a place where a number of prostitutes come together under management for safety and less wear and tear on their shoes.
There are a number of countries would legalize prostitution or tolerated prostitution. Amsterdam takes it to the extreme by allowing prostitutes to have storefronts where they sit in the window and men can talk to them through speaker. Cut a deal on the windows closed for a little while until they're done.
Thailand for example has one million registered prostitutes. They actually wear little government ID cards. Most are centered in the city called Bangkok (the name itself is probably revealing enough).
Even in the Bible there is a reference to the famous Whore of Babylon. In medieval days, the church believed that there might be a need for prostitution; they understood the need for an “outlet”. St. Thomas Aquinas said, "prostitution is like a sewer pipe in the church; it's not pretty but you need it." In 1887 it was estimated there were around 80,000 prostitutes in London.
So becoming a prostitute is incredibly easy but is filled with much danger from disease and dangerous customers.

I would think they make too many bad decisions, and end up that way, things like drugs etc prob dont help
