Stakeholders in what? A business? This is a vague question.

The term "stakeholders" is frequently used to teach ethics in accounting. The reason we think your question is vague is because a specific decision must be referred to in order to determine who has a stake in the outcome. For a business decision, the stakeholders are everyone involved in the business for most situations. This would include all the shareholders, employees, creditors, customers, vendors, and even the competitors. But not always all of these. It depends upon the decision to be made, which is why we are asking, "stakeholders in what?"

You have to be more specific about your question.

I tried Google with "Stakeholder" and found the Wikipedia listing.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stakeholder

And Wiki page has a list of type of persons who can be stakeholders.
