i would like to know if i can exercise with multiple sclorosis and if so how much and how hard can i exercise

The best person to help you with this since they know about your specific case is your doc. But, with MS it is important that if you are having an exacerbation that you not allow your body to be overheated. So during an exacerbation the answer is probably that you should avoid exercising. Exercise is a good thing with any potentially debilitating disease since it can help make all the well working parts stay strong. Of course its good for your mind set too. I hope you and your doc can come up with a plan that is good for you.

Yes you can and should. Strength training is especially important. I posted the link for the National MS society at the bottom. My husband was diagnosed last year. His doctor has recommended both strength training and walking/swimming for him. Swimming is sometimes easier if you have joint pain.

Yes I believe that there are forms of excercise which are for people with M sclerosis. You need to consult your medical specialist though for the best exercise suited to your condition.
