Trust me, i ahve had that expierience. I have a boy cousin that does that to me and my friend. I think if they are really young, they just don't know better. They had to get to know a girls body, so they know what to touch and what not to. He will probably stop because he will learn not to.

the next time he does this, slap him. If he keeps doing it then tell him that you and your friends will give him a makeover and then show pictures of him dressed as a girl

He is just being a brother...
I suspect that most brothers have tried to touch
their sisters boobs at one time or another...
He is just being a dork...
It means he is curious about what boobs feel like
and yours are the closest ones that he can get his hands on...
Next time he tries and you catch him, ask him if he wants to
feel them....Tell him this is a one time offer and not to do it
again....Then let him feel them....
